The Kalpataru Clubhouses, designed for Kalpataru Developers, were among India’s first residential clubs, setting a benchmark in luxury real estate between 1997 and 2012. Spanning multiple locations, including Kalpataru Heights in Central Mumbai, Siddhachal and Tiranga in Thane, Madras House in Jogeshwari, Srishti on Mira Road, and Residency Club House in Sion, these clubs range from 20,000 to 40,000 sq. ft. The total area of all the clubs is approximately 3,00,000 sq. ft. Featuring swimming pools, landscaped gardens, health clubs, gyms, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls, steam, sauna and entertainment spaces, they were designed to provide a holistic lifestyle experience. With architecture, interior design, landscape and lighting by Bobby Mukherrji Architects, these pioneering clubs became highly successful, redefining luxury residential amenities in India.
