The Dream Hotel and Serviced Apartments is being designed by Bobby Mukherji Architects with a focus on maximizing ocean views. Every room in the hotel is designed to face the Persian Gulf, offering expansive decks for guests to lounge on during cooler months. The lower podium level features common areas, including a restaurant, bar, reception, lobby, outdoor pool and a deck space surrounded by restaurants. This deck area will have a lively atmosphere, with music, food and wine, creating a vibrant party scene even during the daytime.

The hotel’s design is understated yet unique, with the building footprint receding as you go higher, allowing larger decks for the upper-floor rooms. The project offers a range of apartment configurations, from studio apartments to 1 and 2 BHK units. On the rooftop, guests will find a party lounge, an ideal space for sundowners and events, providing a stunning view of the surrounding ocean and skyline.
