Elevating the standards for luxury residential design in Mumbai, this massive 60-storey high-rise by HUBTOWN overlooks the iconic Sea Link. The client's concise brief—to achieve seven-star luxury, defined the entire spatial narrative and scope of the interiors. While Architect Hafeez Contractor designed the exterior architecture for the three-tower complex, Bobby Mukherrji Architects was entrusted with scripting the immersive environments throughout the property. The overall project is being rolled out in phases, with the first 60-storey tower complete and the remaining two set to follow.

BMA’s scope concentrated on extensive common facilities and residential floor lobbies. Common areas include the ground floor lift lobby, ballroom, pre-function space, bowling alley, games room, salon, business club, indoor badminton court, movie theatre, cigar lounge, and wellness centre. The interior narratives adopt a highly crafted route, employing rich materials and textural expanses, including Italian marble, leather, and metal accents finished in champagne gold and rose gold.

The luxury is amplified by striking accessories and high-end selections: furniture from Italy, sculptural lighting installations and chandeliers from Prague, and German bath fittings. These rich materials and evocative details create a powerful statement, successfully setting a very high benchmark for the city's real estate sector. Upon completion of the first tower, the strong traction with the HNI community yielded significant returns for the developer.
