As one of India’s most successful senior living communes in the luxury band, Antara by Max Group rolled out its second property in Noida in an urban vertical format, following the well-received Dehradun property. Bobby Mukherrji Architects was engaged for the interior design of the show-apartment and the common amenities, such as the Antara Club, which forms the locus of the development and the daily routines of the community’s occupants.

To ensure an active and engaged life, the facility is well-designed with several avenues for socializing through shared meals and other activities. The entrance lobby, with its TV lounge and seating islands, sets the tone for the narrative. An all-day dining, other restaurants, a permanent buffet set-up, a card room, meeting rooms, and a mini theatre occupy the ground floor, while a gym, an indoor pool, and a spa take up the first floor.
