This 50,000 sq. ft. project in Noida, NCR, India, stands as a modern, international-class membership club, and a key amenity within the Palm Olympia development. The contemporary architecture is centered around a striking circular built-form with a central, open-to-sky swimming pool courtyard as its focal point.
The ground floor introduces guests with an expansive reception area and a visually striking helical staircase leading to the upper levels. Key programmatic spaces include a 98-cover restaurant with gently undulating walls, a spacious banquet hall, a business centre, a co-working space adjacent to a library, an atmospheric karaoke lounge, and a luxury spa. The first floor houses a dedicated games room and a state-of-the-art gym, complemented by a mini-theatre, while the second floor is reserved for an effervescent children’s area.
The aquatic centerpiece is an idyllic setting, featuring peninsula-like projections and an island landscaped with palms. Loungers and seating islands occupy the sprawling deck, ensuring that all programmatic elements either border or overlook this beautiful water garden. The club’s spatial experience is engaging, defined by gracious proportions and an orchestration of double-height and single-height volumes. The interior design emphasizes plush materiality, with transparency and reflectiveness playing starring roles. Expansive glazing maintains a seamless connect with the water garden, while slick, reflective surfaces evoke the water’s still or rippled nature. The design narrative utilizes a sophisticated mix of fluidity and straight lines, cementing the structure as an exemplar of modern architecture in Noida. This project highlights our expertise in high-end hospitality design and luxury club interiors.
