The master plan for Nava Raipur, the new capital city of Chhattisgarh, India, was developed as a visionary, self-contained mixed-use township along the banks of the Mahanadi River. Completed in 2007, the plan strategically integrated key government buildings, including the assembly, secretariat, and administrative departments, alongside modern residential and commercial spaces to engineer a well-balanced urban center.
This extensive 350-acre project in Chhattisgarh was designed to support the governance and future growth of the newly formed state. The project successfully established a functional, sustainable, and modern capital city, highlighting our expertise in large-scale urban planning and city design in India.
