Aurika – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur, India

Udaipur, India

Located with sweeping views of Lake Pichola, Aurika Udaipur signifies Lemon Tree Hotels’ bold entry into the five-star luxury segment. The importance of this flagship property is evident in the carefully calibrated architectural and design response. The design extracts the essence of the classic Udaipur-Rajputana style, creating a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic. This project celebrates the region's traditional palace architecture; including carved arches, marble expanses, and intricate carvings, but applies careful restraint. The resulting compositions appear sculpted and modern, not overly ornamented.

The 139 beautifully designed rooms and suites follow a tranquil palette of beige and crème. These private spaces seamlessly weave luxurious furnishings, handpicked accessories, and artworks into immersive, bespoke environments. The extravagant suites feature private plunge pools, while all private rooms include balconies that capture views of the surrounding Aravallis. The overall narrative creates intentional moments for guests to admire the scenic setting from terraces and balconies, which are nestled within a lush, native landscape.

The poolside is an indulgent and sophisticated area activated by mellow lighting and water-spouting features. The facility is fully equipped with a unique banquet hall, a grand ballroom, a spa, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and conference areas. This rich offering positions Aurika Udaipur as a highly sought-after venue for both luxury holidays and destination weddings. Expertly utilized lighting adds dramatic atmospheric depth, ensuring that by evening, the property shines as a scintillating jewel against the backdrop of Lake Pichola.
