With a core focus on maximizing ocean views, the Dream Hotel and Serviced Apartments is being designed by Bobby Mukherrji Architects. Every room in the hotel is specifically oriented to face the Persian Gulf, offering expansive decks where guests can lounge during cooler months.

The hotel’s design is understated yet unique: the building footprint recedes as it ascends, a strategy allowing for larger decks on the upper-floor rooms. The project will offer a range of apartment configurations, from studio apartments to one and two-bedroom units, catering to diverse needs.

The lower podium level will feature vibrant common areas, including a restaurant, bar, reception, lobby, and an outdoor pool. This deck space is planned to have a lively atmosphere, complete with music, food, and wine, ensuring a vibrant party scene even during the daytime. On the rooftop, guests will find a dedicated party lounge, an ideal space for sundowners and events, providing a stunning, panoramic view of the surrounding ocean and city skyline.
