As one of the first Gateway hotels in India under IHCL’s upscale rebranding, the Gateway, Jaipur, is a 2,00,000 sq. ft. luxury property being developed by Bobby Mukherrji Architects for Sanjay Chabra. Positioned between Vivanta and Taj, the hotel is designed to cater specifically to weddings, conventions, and grand events.
The hotel’s architecture, located near the airport, draws inspiration from heritage but features a strong contemporary interpretation, evident in the grand cornices, mullion windows, and an imposing entrance porch with stately columns. The interiors blend classic influences with modern elegance, offering 200 rooms, including standard rooms, suites, and grand suites.
The extensive amenities will encompass a grand lobby, patisserie, tea lounge, and all-day dining. The specialty Pan-Asian restaurant, Wink, will serve as a high-energy nightclub on weekends. The hotel also boasts a rooftop pool with an al fresco dining deck, a coffee shop, a business center, and a large banquet hall. Even the limited landscape area was thoughtfully crafted with climate-appropriate plants, stone lanterns, and dramatic façade lighting, enhancing the hotel's regal presence. Set for completion in 2026, this project exemplifies Bobby Mukherrji Architects' expertise in blending timeless architecture with modern luxury.
