This 25-storey residential tower is unique in its Rajasthani styling amidst the modern high-rises of Goregaon. The stylistic direction was a client request, who hails from Rajasthan and sought to create an offering targeting other Mumbaites with roots in that region. The client’s confidence in proposing such a market differentiator also came after seeing BMA’s skilful handling of hospitality projects in Rajasthan requiring a contemporary interpretation of the region’s vernacular styling. 

In addition to architecture, the chosen direction percolates to the interiors and landscaping as well. The facade fenestration showcases the typical and ornate multifoil arch as well as jaali-screens and jharokhas inspired by Jaipur’s famous Hawa Mahal. In addition to lending a unique period flavour to the built-form, these also serve to ventilate the service shafts and bathrooms. Dramatic lighting further heightens the beauty of these elevational features. The interiors see the arched form repeated as a motif in niches, which, together with ornate fixtures, decorative material treatment and striking flooring patterns, evokes the Rajasthani haveli effortlessly. The rooftop experience is the apogee of this visual expression. Lush plantation cocoons vibrantly-floored spaces (used as congregation areas and for wellness regimes); the corners are anchored by domed seating pavilions; and, along the border, are a series of rhythmic arches that embrace the space in a delightfully old-world manner.

The programme includes grand lift lobbies, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a deck, a gym, a games room, a business centre facility with a board room and meeting room.
