At the time, all testing at Metropolis Laboratory and Diagnostics Centre was conducted at their head office in Worli, Mumbai. Patients visited this central location for a wide range of diagnostics, including blood tests and investigations. The facility featured state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, which was showcased openly, allowing patients and guests to observe the testing process. This transparent and innovative approach helped establish trust and set the foundation for the brand's reputation.

This facility marked the beginning of Metropolis’s journey. What started as a single center with cutting-edge technology and patient-centric design quickly gained momentum. The brand's growth snowballed, eventually transforming Metropolis into the largest diagnostics laboratory in the country. Since then, Metropolis has expanded far beyond its original facility in Worli, scaling the brand significantly and solidifying its position as a leader in diagnostics across India.
