This duplex occupies a building also designed by BMA, and serves as the home for the promoter of the development. The design language of the homes steps out of regimented rigidity and employs curves and smooth edges to create a certain visual fluidity. This soft and gentle approach is seen both in planning as well as elevations of surfaces.

The entrance establishes a flowing path, which opens into a spacious public zone. At the centre of this is the open show kitchen, whose curved counter ends in a round breakfast table. The living room, dining room and two bedrooms are arranged around the kitchen.

The two master bedrooms onto a sprawling deck lush with vegetation and featuring an inviting lap-pool. The furniture also echoes the smoothness of macro-elements, creating a cohesive narrative. The colour scheme embraces ecru and white tones, reinforcing the gentleness of visual forms.
