The architecture employs a minimalist approach, utilizing clean lines, open spaces, and expansive glass facades that actively frame the ocean vistas, effectively blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.

The villa's interiors enhance the serene, coastal vibe through light colors and natural materials like wood and stone, lending warmth to the minimalist style.
