BMA’s scope for this ultra-luxurious, 55-storey tower located in upscale Worli area of South Mumbai, included establishing common amenities as focal points and highlights of the residential development. The graciously proportioned spaces were dressed in high-end materials and top-of-the-line interior accessories. Clubs, restaurants, ball room, entrance lounge and lobby, co-working space, movie theatre, salon, health centre, wellness facility, children’s play area and creche, among others, were included within the ambit.

The crowning glory of the seemingly endless list of amenities, however, is the adults’ club n the rooftop with its swimming pool, a conversation pit embedded in the water, a terrace lounge, a terrace garden, a movie theatre and stunning views of the city.
