Designed to support the sales of thousands of apartments within a 110-acre township, the Sales Pavilion at Runwal Gardens is a 50,000 sq. ft. modern industrial chic structure located in Dombivli, Mumbai. Bobby Mukherrji Architects crafted the architecture and interior design for this impactful space, intended to have a lifespan of around 10 years. The pavilion features a grand reception lobby, spacious waiting lounge, multiple client interaction rooms, a dedicated theatre for presentations, and a restaurant. It also houses offices for management staff, a kids’ club, and large courtyards that enhance the airy and light-filled ambiance. The thoughtfully designed landscaping includes lush lawns, drop-off zones, and parking spaces, while dramatic lighting transforms the space at night. Completed in 2019, this project successfully elevated the sales experience for Runwal Developers.
