The Six&Six Island Resort in Kaafu Atoll, Maldives, is a 275-acre masterplanned luxury development by Bobby Mukherrji Architects, conceived as one of the most ambitious hospitality projects in the region. The plan calls for the creation of four man-made islands, shaped by dredging and set within a newly formed lagoon. Each island has a distinct identity: an island for beach villas, a dedicated party island, a wellness and spa island, and a private enclave designed exclusively for three-bedroom villas. Together they form a resort archipelago where architecture, engineering, and landscape merge seamlessly with the Indian Ocean. The masterplan integrates beaches, promenades, and water-based circulation, with boats navigating canals that link the resort’s key destinations. Guests will experience world-class amenities including a pontoon-based overwater restaurant and a signature underwater “Decapus” restaurant, offering an unparalleled dining experience beneath the sea. A jetty system connects the water villas directly to the main islands, ensuring smooth and private transit across the resort.
