Bobby Mukherrji Architects was entrusted with designing the public areas for Taj Dehradun, the city’s first Taj property and its second five-star hotel. This project marks a major milestone in Dehradun's hospitality landscape. The firm’s scope totals 60,000 sq. ft. of luxury interior design, encompassing key public spaces : the grand entrance lobby, the lobby lounge, and a premium retail shop. All spaces are meticulously crafted to embody the signature Taj elegance and superior luxury hospitality.

Beyond the main reception, the firm developed essential functional and leisure zones, including the sophisticated tea lounge, expansive ballrooms, lift lobbies, pre-function areas, dedicated meeting spaces, and the business center. These areas blend high sophistication with essential comfort, guaranteeing an elevated guest stay. Special attention was also paid to the extensive wellness facilities, covering the salon, spa, well-equipped gym, changing rooms, and common amenities, providing a comprehensive luxury experience for every guest. The overall design establishes a seamless fusion of functionality and elegance, ensuring that the spaces are aesthetically compelling and highly practical.
