This expansive project encompasses the Amaryllis Phase 1 Club and an ISKCON community temple, showcasing a blend of luxury residential and spiritual design. Bobby Mukherrji Architects designed the project for Unity Group in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, with Phase 1 completion in 2020 . Spanning 1,50,000 square feet, Phase 1 included 12 entrance lobbies across multiple towers, all styled in a warm contemporary aesthetic, followed by a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse catering to 700 family apartments.
The clubhouse amenities deliver an exceptional luxury experience, featuring a spa, salon, patisserie, dedicated bar, café, restaurant, sports bar, banquet hall, fitness center, reading room, compact cinema, conference area, and a striking entrance lobby. This arrangement achieves a harmonious fusion of functionality and sophistication, elevating the standard for residential living. Phase 2 will continue this elegant standard with the planning of fourteen expansive residential lobbies.
As a component of the sweeping 60-acre Amaryllis development, a small ISKCON community temple was also conceived. This 3,000 square foot sacred space, slated for completion in 2025, is constructed from Indian Ambaji white marble, creating a serene and personal spiritual hub for the residents. While not overtly ornate, the design incorporates detailed marble carvings, arched entryways with imposing wooden doors, a veranda balcony, and a pathway lined with columns. A highly illuminated Shikhar crowns the structure, amplifying its sacred atmosphere. The central sanctum, dedicated to Lord Krishna and Goddess Radha, is highly decorated, with the Garbhagriha itself crafted from solid rosewood, successfully conveying a deep sense of artistry and devotion.
