At Bobby Mukherrji Architects, the tower was designed as a “vertical sanctuary”, where interior architecture creates a stronger connection to nature, wellbeing, and privacy while elevating the experience of everyday living. By integrating over 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenities with 2 acres of landscaped outdoor space, the project transforms the traditional urban apartment into a wellness-focused haven in the sky.

Intelligent Spatial Planning for an Expansive Lifestyle

A primary achievement of the project is its intelligent spatial planning, which successfully overcomes the constraints of a high-density site. Every layout was designed to feel expansive and light-filled, utilizing large-format glazing and wide decks to bring the “forever views” of the Arabian Sea into daily life. The use of beamless structural grids allows for a high degree of flexibility, enabling residents to create bespoke floor plates that suit their specific needs. This clarity in interior designing ensures that formal entertaining zones are distinct from private living areas, supporting a lifestyle of both social vibrancy and personal retreat.
