Prabhadevi, Mumbai, India

This massive 60-storey condominium complex has interiors crafted with rich materials, textural expanses, and high-end lifestyle products.

This upscale Mumbai Sea Link-facing high-rise by HUBTOWN ups the ante for its genre with the unparalleled levels of luxury pervading everything from facilities to the spatial narratives. This development has set a very high benchmark for the real estate sector in the city. While the architectural envelope for the project comprising three towers was designed by Architect Hafeez Contractor, BMA was entrusted with scripting the interiors. The brief given by the client was succinct: seven-star luxury. Given the massive scale, the project is being rolled out in phases. The first tower of 60 storeys is complete; the other two towers will soon follow suit. BMA’s scope of work included creating immersive environments for common facilities (lift lobby on ground floor, ball room, pre-function, bowling alley, games room, salon, business club, indoor badminton court, movie theatre, cigar lounge, wellness centre) and individual lift lobbies on residential floors, as well as specifications for the three types of apartments.

The interior narratives take a crafted route, employing rich materials such as Italian marble, leather, metal accents finished in rose gold and champagne goldas textural expanses and evocative details; high-end furniture from Italy; sculptural lighting installations and chandeliers from Prague, German bath fittings and striking accessories. On completion of the interiors of the first tower, the traction with the HNI community increased appreciably, yielding rich returns for the developer.
